About Us

TEI Teknoloji A.Ş. (TEITECH) was established to bring together Türkiye’s engineering heritage, research and development capabilities, and technology development competencies in indigenous engine technologies under a single roof. By leading the development of critical engine technologies in defense and aviation, it aims to contribute to Türkiye’s strategic technology objectives.

As part of the restructuring carried out in line with the vision of the Presidency of Defense Industries, the engineering heritage built through TEI’s indigenous engine programs and the engineering experience and competencies TRMOTOR has gained in indigenous engine development have been brought together under TEITECH.

Implemented with this principle, the new structure unites the two organizations’ knowledge, qualified human resources, and development capabilities into a stronger whole.

Work on auxiliary power units, air turbine starter power systems, and other critical engine technologies is carried out under the TEITECH brand, led by the TF35000 Turbofan Engine Program and the TS3000 Turboshaft Engine Program.

From design to system integration, and from test and verification activities to technology development processes, this work continues with an interdisciplinary engineering approach.

With a strong research and development infrastructure, qualified human resources, and an innovative approach, TEITECH aims to build capability in indigenous engine technologies, create sustainable value for the defense and aviation ecosystem, and contribute to Türkiye’s technological independence.
